  • Initial 90-Minute Debrief Session: A confidential 1:1 session to translate the diagnostic data into a specific, high-priority Individual Development Plan (IDP).

  • Bi-Weekly Strategy Sessions: Structured, private 1:1 sessions focused on implementing the IDP, rehearsing strategic moves, and embedding new behaviors.

  • Continuous Accountability: We provide the necessary system for the executive to apply and report on strategic behavioral shifts week after week.

The retainer secures a sustained intervention focused on creating irreversible behavioral change where the stakes are highest. Your commitment ensures that your executive is equipped to make calculated, strategic decisions rather than reactive ones. This focused, sustained intervention helps leaders navigate complexity and uncertainty with the resilience needed to maintain organizational strength.
